Start the work unit (IBPMMServer) by using Interstage Management Console of the Dashboard Server.
Note
After starting the work unit, update process for Database of the Dashboard Server is automatically started. Update process might take more than 1 hour. Because of that, when selecting Analytics System >> Sensor Management >> <Host name> of Analytics Management Console of the Interstage Business Process Manager Analytics, following message might display on the screen. In that case, wait for few minutes, and confirm the sensor status of the <Host name> is Running.
ERROR BADM2405: Failed to get the State of the Sensor. (Details: BSDK2803: The error occurred while executing the request. (detail : BSDK2101: The sensor has not been initialized.))
