Perform backup and restoration by referring to the manual shown below for details. Note that a backed up Interstage BPM Analytics environment can only be restored onto an environment with the same system configuration. This means that components, (such as the database product used for the event management database and the placement of sensors), must be the same on the machine where Interstage BPM Analytics will be restored as on the machine where the backup was made.
