If WEBSLM_URL, WEBSLM_TCP, and WEBSLM_DNS data need to be collected, execute the following command in the environment where Browser Agent is installed.
Note
WEBSLM_URL, WEBSLM_TCP, and WEBSLM_DNS data cannot be collected if the Web server being measured is HTTPS.
Log in with administrator privileges.
Open a Command Prompt window and switch to the following directory.

In Windows Vista and later, this command must be executed by a user with administrator privileges.
For Windows 8
Right-click the Start menu (located at the bottom-left corner of the Desktop) and select Command Prompt (Admin). Run the command from the Command Prompt.
For Windows 7/Windows Vista
From the Start menu, select All Programs - Accessories, then right-click Command Prompt, and select Run as administrator. Run the command from the Command Prompt.

Execute the following command.
instlsp -install |
Restart the machine.
However, some products cannot be installed if resource data is to be collected. Refer to "4.3.2.3 Products that cannot be installed" for information about such products.

Refer to "End user response reports for the ResponseCondition folder" in the Reference Guide for more information about WEBSLM_URL WEBSLM_TCP and WEBSLM_DNS.
To stop collecting data for WEBSLM_URL, WEBSLM_TCP and WEBSLM_DNS, execute the following command in the environment where the Browser Agent is installed.
Log in with administrator privileges.
Open a Command Prompt window and switch to the following directory.
