The resource name was manually created by a user, not automatically by Resource Orchestrator. Therefore, it cannot be deleted.
One of the following is displayed in resource:

The resource indicates a virtual switch.
"virtual network"
If the target is a VMware server, the resource indicates a port group on the virtual switch.
In cases other than the above, the resource indicates a virtual network.

Description
The make up of the link aggregation lagname of the LAN switch blade switch specified in the network resource has been changed.
