You can install GLS on a guest OS in the same way as you install GLS on a physical server.

For Windows Server 2008 R2, check [Enable spoofing of MAC addresses] when creating a network adapter bundled by GLS with Hyper-V Manager.
Since the link status of a physical adapter on the host OS is not sent to a guest OS with Hyper-V, the link status cannot be monitored. Therefore, you must set ping monitoring for each guest OS.
Information
For tagged VLAN connection, specify the VLAN ID in the setting of a network adapter for a guest OS. You do not need to set the VLAN ID for the GLS virtual adapter.
