This section describes how to set the trace of the backup tool and backup command.

Please perform debugging trace in specified cases only.
When the data for investigation is collected in large amount, the disk may be stressed. Please collect the trace of the backup tool or backup command in the cases specified by Fujitsu’s technical staff.
The procedure is as follows.
Through starting the backup tool, the trace of both the tool and command can be collected.
Start the Backup Tool.
Select [Backup tool trace] from the [Settings] menu.
Select [Summary] or [Details].
→ Trace collection is started.

The "fsw61ej4.log" file is generated/updated under [OS installation drive]\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Fujitsu\Systemwalker Desktop Keeper.
(In some environments, some Files are generated/updated under [OS installation drive]\Documents and Settings\All Users.WINNT\Application Data\Fujitsu\Systemwalker Desktop Keeper)
[Windows Server® 2008]
Files are generated/updated under [OS installation drive]\ProgramData\Fujitsu\Systemwalker Desktop Keeper.
When [No] is selected, the trace of backup tool will be stopped.
