3.1.4 Message Output with Server Settings Tool

[STSY-ERR001] Executing this program needs Administrator authority.

Cause

This message appears when the current logon Windows user does not have Administrator authority.

Resolution

Please execute after logon to Windows as Administrator.

[STSY-ERR006] Failed to output to registry.

Cause

System environment has fault.

Resolution

Please contact Fujitsu technical staff.

[STSY-ERR007] The password registered in system is incorrect. The registered password may be changed. Please reinstall Management Server and reset.

Cause

Logon password error in the system.

Resolution

Please reinstall Management Server or Master Management Server and reset it.

[STSY-ERR008] DB connection information setting file (SWDB.ini) is not installed normally.

Cause

File SWDB.ini in Windows folder has been deleted, or the content of file SWDB.ini is incorrect.

Resolution

Please reinstall Management Server or Master Management Server and reset the server.

[STSY-ERR009] SWMailSettings.ini or SWEventViewer.ini file is not installed normally.

Cause

SWMailSettings.ini or file SWEventViewer.ini in Windows folder has been deleted.

Resolution

Please reinstall Management Server or Master Management Server and reset the server.

[STSY-ERR010] SWCTVerSettings.ini file is not installed normally.

Cause

File SWCTVerSettings.ini in Windows folder has been deleted.

Resolution

Please reinstall Management Server or Master Management Server and reset the server.

[STSY-ERR013] System error occurred when inspecting "Remote Desktop Connection". The processing is cancelled.

Cause

System error occurred when inspecting [Remote Desktop Connection].

Resolution

Please execute the program directly in the Management Server or Master Management Server under the condition that there is no user connected through the [Remote Desktop Connection] function.

[STSY-ERR014] Other user has started the server settings tool while it cannot be started by this terminal.

Cause

In the same Management Server, another user is starting server settings tool through other session.
Thus, it cannot be started repeatedly.

Resolution

Confirm whether there is any user using Console or [Remote Desktop Connection] function (remote connection through Windows terminal service) and cancel operating server settings tool.

[STSY-ERR134] SWMailSettings.ini file is not installed normally.

Cause

File SWMailSettings.ini in Windows folder has been deleted.

Resolution

Please reinstall Management Server or Master Management Server.

[STSY-ERR135] SWEventViewer.ini file is not installed normally.

Cause

File SWEventViewer.ini in Windows SYSTEM32 folder has been deleted.

Please reinstall Management Server or Master Management Server.

[STSY-ERR136] Inquiring service failed.

Cause

Failed to get service status.

Cause

In the Management Server or Master Management Server, one of the following processing of Systemwalker Desktop Keeper is being executed.

  • Data synchronization processing between Master Management Server and Management Server

Resolution

Please execute again after other processing is completed.

[STSY-ERR140] This program cannot be used by using the remote connection function of terminal service.

Cause

Try using the “Remote Desktop Connection” function (remote connection through Windows terminal service) to start the program.
Or try starting the program from the Console window when user connected through the [Remote Desktop Connection] function exists in the system.

Resolution

Please execute the program directly in the Management Server or Master Management Server under the condition that there is no user connected through the [Remote Desktop Connection] function.

[STSY-ERR141] Failed to import data from Active Directory. Please confirm the event log.

Cause

Errors occurred when importing data from Active Directory .

Resolution

Please confirm execution log and event log. However, in the case of being closed by force, information will not be output to event log.

[STSY-ERR142] Failed to call Active Directory Linkage command.

Cause

It might be caused by the following:

  • Active Directory Linkage module has been deleted.

  • The access authority of Active Directory Linkage module has been modified.

Resolution

The following resolutions will be taken due to different causes, and then execute again. Please reinstall Management Server or Master Management Server. Please set the access authority (execution authority) of Active Directory Linkage module correctly.

[STSY-ERR143] Data synchronization processing is performed between Master Management Server and Management Server. Active Directory Linkage cannot be performed right now.

Cause

The following processing of Systemwalker Desktop Keeper is being executed:

  • Data synchronization processing between Master Management Server and Management Server

Resolution

Please execute again after other processing is completed.

· Systemwalker Desktop Patrol server information has not been set.

· Linkage file has not been created in Systemwalker Desktop Patrol server.

· The content of Linkage file created in Systemwalker Desktop Patrol server has errors.

Resolution

The following resolutions will be taken according to different causes, and then execute again.

· Reinstall Management Server and Master Management Server.

· Please correctly set the access authority (execution authority) of Systemwalker Desktop Patrol composition information import command.

· Correctly set URL of Desktop Patrol in the log management environment setup window.

· Create linkage file in Desktop Patrol.

· Create linkage file in Desktop Patrol again.
