2.18 Settings File of All-in-one Machine/Printer User Information

File name

Usage

This file can be used when the property information of the all-in-one/printer user is set in the all-in-one/printer paper using status report and notification.

When this file exists in the following defined saving location, the settings contents will be reflected to the all-in-one/printer paper using the status report and notification function.

When this file does not exist in the following defined saving location, the default input format will be set for all items by the system and will be reflected to the paper using status report and notification function.

Saving location

When the operating system is Windows Server® 2008:

[Install OS Drive]\ProgramData\Fujitsu\Systemwalker Desktop Keeper

When the operating system is system other than Windows Server® 2008:

[Install OS Drive]\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Fujitsu\Systemwalker Desktop Keeper

File format

The item name and description of input file are described as follows:

• The file is in CSV format.

• When the beginning character is " #", it will be determined as comment line.

• The string item will be quoted by " (double quote). The numeral item will not be quoted by " (double quote).

• , (comma) will be used to separate one item from another.

  No.	Item Name	Description
  1	Employee ID (Required)	Specify the employee ID entered in user policy information or client (CT) information. Please enter the characters within 64 bytes.
  2	Name	Specify the name of the all-in-one machine/printer user. Please enter the characters within 260 bytes. When the default input format is allowed, the name will not be displayed.
  3	Target Type	Specify the target type of the all-in-one machine/printer user. Please enter 0 or 1. 0: reduced by X% compared with printing pages of last month 1: individual specifying When the default input format is allowed, the system will specify it as 0.
  4	Target Value	Specify the value in the target type. When the target type is 0 specify the value of X%. A range from 0 to 100 can be specified. When the default input format is allowed, the system will specify it as 0. When the target type is 1 specify the value of target pages. A range from 0 to 999,999 can be specified. When the default input format is allowed, the system will specify it as 0.
