Authority Required for Execution/Execution Environment
Please execute with a user that belongs to the Administrators/Power Users/Users group of the local computer or a user that belongs to the Domain Admins group of the domain.
Please execute on the client (CT).
Notes
When executing this command from the command prompt, the password may be viewed by a third party or end user. Therefore, please perform operations by considering security so that the password will not be viewed by any means when using this command.
When the client (CT) is imported to the Management Server, one of the following messages will be displayed sometimes. Please ignore it if there is no exception.
“NBT Remote Cache Name Table have been deleted normally and read in advance.”
“Successful purge and preload of the NBT Remote Cache Name Table.”
When executing on the PC in which the OS is Windows Server® 2008 64-bit edition, Windows Server® 2008 R2, Windows Vista® 64-bit edition or Windows® 7 64-bit edition, please execute after specifying with full path or modify the current folder to %SystemRoot%\SYSWOW64.

[E-mail attachment prohibition method | It is the method for monitoring E-mail attachment prohibition (information specified in the monitoring mode of E-mail attachment prohibition of CT operating parameter file)

[E-mail sending monitoring port No.] | It is the port number used for communication between the client (CT) and SMTP server (information specified in the port number used for monitoring E-mail sending of CT operating parameter information file). The default is 25. It is displayed within the range of 1 - 60000. | |
[E-mail driver receiving port No.] | It is the port number used by the E-mail driver of Systemwalker Desktop Keeper (information specified in the port number used for E-mail attachment prohibition communication of CT operating parameter information file). The default is 10018. It is displayed within the range of 5001 - 60000. | |
[E-mail driver transmission port No.] | It is the port number used by the E-mail driver of Systemwalker Desktop Keeper (information specified in the port number 2 used for E-mail attachment prohibition communication of CT operating parameter information file). The default is 10019. It is displayed within the range of 5001 - 60000. | |
[Saving contents] | It is the directory for saving logs specified during the installation of the client (CT). | |
[Log size] | [Operation log] | It is the maximum size of operation log saved on the client (CT). |
[Prohibition log] | It is the maximum size of prohibition log saved on the client (CT). | |
[Error] | It is the maximum size of error log saved on the client (CT). In addition, it is displayed as [ON] when it is set to collect logs, and displayed as [OFF] when it is set to not to collect logs. For details of settings, please refer to “Chapter 5 Collect Information for Investigation”. | |
[Trace] | It is the maximum size of error log saved on the client (CT) and trace level. I t is displayed as [ON] when it is set to collect, and displayed as [OFF] when it is set to not to collect. For trace level, 3 to 4 refers to trace at summary level and 5 or above refers to trace at detail level. For details of settings, please refer to “Chapter 5 Collect Information for Investigation”. | |
[Number of days to save error log] | It is the number of days in which the collected logs are saved on the client (CT) (information specified in the number of days to save error logs of CT operating parameter information file). The default is 30. | |
