The following describes how to uninstall the Citrix XenApp monitoring function of Systemwalker Desktop Keeper.
The steps for uninstalling the Citrix XenApp monitoring function are as follows:
Log on to Windows with a user that belongs to the Administrators group or a user that belongs to the Domain Admins group. When other applications are being used, please exit them.
Start [Control Panel]-[Add or Remove Programs] or [Add or Remove Applications].
Select “Systemwalker Desktop Keeper - Citrix XenApp Monitoring”, and click the [Remove] button.
After clicking [Yes] in the removal confirmation window, the following password input window will be displayed. Please enter the password and click the [Next] button.
The uninstallation begins. After it has finished normally, the “Uninstallation Completed” window will be displayed.
The system needs to be restarted after uninstallation has finished. Select one of the following options, and then click the [Finish] button.
[Yes, restart the computer immediately.]
[No, restart the computer later.]
