If you set up firewalls between the Management Server and Managed Servers, as well as between the Management Server and an ETERNUS Disk storage system, set the following port numbers so as to allow transmissions to pass the firewalls.

Note
For registering a license to ETERNUS Disk storage system, enable the ssh connection or the telnet connection in setting up interface on the ETERNUS Disk storage system.
Available types of connections vary with the model of ETERNUS Disk storage system. For details, refer to Note in "B.3 Operation of license management function".
To start Storage Cruiser's manager, map the host name of Storage Cruiser's manager to the corresponding IP address of it for host name resolution. There are methods to map them such as registering them to DNS or describing them in hosts file.
