This section explains how to edit the information that is displayed on the lower part of the home window of the ROR Console.
Information are divided into those for infrastructure administrators and those for tenant administrators and tenant users, so use the following respective text files to edit them:

Note
Nothing will be displayed in the information if the text file does not exist.
If information has been edited, collect a backup of the text file after the edit.
Settings
Enter the message, line by line, in the following format:
date, message
The format of the date is unrestricted
If date is not required, use a comma (,) at the beginning of the line, and enter the message thereafter.
Lines starting with a sharp (#) are treated as a comment. Such a line will therefore be ignored.
UTF-8 must be used as the character code in the text file.
As the initial value, "YYYY/MM/DD,XXXX" is written in the text file. Edit the file as required to suit your usage.
There is no problem even if a comma (,) is included in the message. Enter a comma (,) as it is.
Example of settings
2011/11/11,Maintenance is scheduled for the Kanto network on the weekend. #2011/11/10,Admin Server was enabled. ,Upgraded the operation management software.
Point
The information can also be used to notify tenant administrators and tenant users of who to contact.
