The tool Logget_ac.exe is used for collecting information for investigation the fault occurs on the AC, and compressing the information into a file.
The following information can be collected through this command:
Watson log, MiniDump
For investigating a program fault.
The Watson logs cannot be obtained in the Windows Vista® or Windows® 7 operating system.
MiniDump only obtains the Dump information that is generated within 72 hours.
System information
It collects information about the server and PC that need to be investigated.

Only run this command with Fujitsu technical support.
It can be used in the environment where AC is installed. Start the tool as the user with the administrator’s right.
The procedure for running the command is as follows:
Open the following folder in the Explorer.
The tool is installed to the following folder by default:
C:\Program Files\Fujitsu\Systemwalker Desktop Patrol\AC\ |
If the AC installation folder is modified, open the new folder.
Start Logget_ac.exe.
Double-click Logget_ac.exe in the operating systems except for Windows Vista®, Windows® 7, or Windows Server® 2008.
The information collection takes about 3 to 10 minutes according to different environments.
In the Windows Vista®, Windows® 7, or Windows Server® 2008 operating system
Right-click Logget_ac.exe and choose “Run as Administrator”.
Select “Allow” on the “User Account” page.

After the information is collected, create the following folder and subordinate folder at the place where Logget_ac.exe is started. The file with the extended name “ex_” is the collected information. Send this file to the Fujitsu personnel. Other files are not required.
