The first line: Download date and time, section name, section code
The second line: Software names
1st column~3rd column: blank characters
4th column and on: Software names displayed with software information update command
The third line: Information
1st column: section code
2nd column: PC name
3rd column: User ID
4th column and on: indicate software application status with 0, 1 flags.
