10.3.2 Confirm Machine Information

The operation procedure to confirm the machine information of the machine that has been configured is shown as follows.

1. Right-click the machine that has been configured, and click [Confirm Device Information] in the displayed menu.

   *The confirmation of machine information in selected status for multiple machines cannot be performed.

   

   → The [Confirm Device Information] window will be displayed.

   
   

[Device Information] tab

Item Name	Description
Assets Number	Asset number of machine.
Related Assets Number	Related asset number of machine.
Class	Category information of machine.
Type	Type information of machine.
Setup Place	Setting location information of machine.
Manufacturer Name	Manufacturer name of machine.
Model Name	Model name of machine.
Serial Number.	Serial number of machine.
Asset Classification	Asset classification of machine.
Availability	Availability of machine.
Device Name	The name used as machine.
Date of Manufacture	The year and month when the machine is manufactured.
Date of Registration	Year, month and date of registration to the asset ledger of machine.
Section	Information of section.
Use ID	User ID of the user that uses the machine.
User Name	User name that uses the machine.
Path Name of Link	Data related to machine (e.g. image of machine), as well as folder and URL that contains such data.
Processor Name	Processor name of the PC.
Clock Number	Clock number of CPU of the PC.
Total Memory Capacity	Total memory capacity of PC.
Total Disk Capacity	Total capacity of hard disk of PC.
Total Remaining Disk Capacity	Remaining capacity of hard disk of PC.
OS Name	OS name of PC.
Service Component	Service components applied to PC.
IP Address 1	IP address set for PC.
IP Address 2	IP address set for PC.
MAC Address 1	MAC address set for PC.
MAC Address 2	MAC address set for PC.
Collection Information	It shows the existence as inventory information on the database of DTP. When existing as inventory information, “○” is displayed, and when not existing as inventory information, “×” is displayed.
Collection Date/Time	Date and time when information is registered.
Detection Date/Time	Date and time when machine is detected in ADT.
Completion Date of Stocktaking	Date and time when stocktaking has completed.

[User Memo] tab

*It is not displayed when all the item names of user memo are “Unused “.

User Memo 1~60	User memo of machine.

[User Information] tab

* It is not displayed when all the item names of user information are not defined.

Item Name	Description
Inherent Item of User Information	The user memo that is set freely as the inventory information of DTP. The item name and user memo set by user will be displayed. For example, when “Property ID” has been set by user, “Property ID” will be displayed.

[Contract Information] tab

*It is not displayed when the machine has no lease/rental contract.

Contract No.	Information of contract number.
Original Contract No.	Information of contract number before contract extension.
Installation Code	Contract No. when the contract is managed by contract company.
Cost Burden Origin	Information of the cost bearing party of contract.
Contract Company	Contracted company name.
Contract Name	Contracted article name.
Contract Date	Contracted date of the contract.
Contract Start Date	Contracted start date of contract.
Contract End Date	Contracted termination date of contract.
Contract Value	Contracted price of contract.
Payment Type Name	Payment method such as monthly payment or yearly payment .etc.
Officer Name	Contract officer name.
Phone No. of Officer	Telephone number of contract officer.
Fax No. of Officer	Fax number of contract officer.
Remarks	Remarks information of contract.
Administrator Memo 1~6	Memo information of contract.

[Maintenance Contract Information] tab

*It is not displayed when the machine is not bounded with any maintenance contract.

Original Mainte Code	Information of the number of maintenance contract before contract extension.
Installation Code	Contract No. when the contract is managed by contract company.

[Security Auditing Result] tab

* It is not displayed when the category of machine is not PC.

Item Name	Description
Audit Pointer	Please select the Audit Pointer to confirm the result of security auditing. The result of selected Audit Pointer will be displayed in the Auditing Result.
Auditing Result	The result of Audit Pointer will be displayed for each auditing item. When the auditing result is OK, [○] will be displayed. When the auditing result is NG, [×] will be displayed.
