Under the circumstance that CS is connected to Microsoft company’s public server through proxy, it is necessary to click the CS name in “Environment Setup” - “CS/DS Settings and Operation Status” in the Main Menu for proxy settings. Please refer to relevant contents in “Systemwalker Desktop Patrol Installation Guide” for setup method.
In addition, it is no need for proxy settings under the circumstance without connection with Microsoft’s public server through proxy.
Processing when Download of Security Patches Failed
It will not be possible to download security patches from Microsoft’s public server under the following circumstances. Please take the following measures as instructed.
Can visit Microsoft company’s public server through proxy, but without proxy settings of server attribution.

Please carry out proxy settings in server attribution.
Insufficient disk space of the specified software saving directory in installation.

Extended directory not specified during installation, please specify a disk of sufficient available capacity as the extended directory.
Extended directory specified during installation, please delete the unwanted files in the directory to increase the available capacity.
In Microsoft company’s public server, the URL information of security patches download has been changed, or the security patches themselves are not provided anymore.

Please update to the latest software dictionary.
