When using the PC operation management function, it is required to perform the following settings on CS and the PC to perform operation management.
Settings of CS
The system administrator will register the PC to perform operation management to CS.
Settings of the PC to perform operation management
The system administrator or the PC user that has knowledge in BIOS settings will perform the settings required by AMT on the BIOS settings window of the PC to perform operation management.
Perform the following settings on CS.
Define the PC information of operation management target
The information of PC to perform operation management is defined in CSV file.
For details of CSV file, please refer to “Systemwalker Desktop Patrol Reference Manual”.
Register the PC to perform operation management
Execute the dtpamtent.exe (register information of PC as operation management target) command on CS to register information of PC as operation management target.

Perform the following setting on the BIOS settings window of the PC to perform operation management. For information on how to display the BIOS settings window, please refer to the manual of PC itself.

Example of setting in case of FMV-D5330
The method of setting on FMV-D5330 is as follows.
Start according to the following procedure.
Turn on the power of PC and start the PC.
After the “FUJITSU” logo is displayed, “Press <Ctrl-P> to enter Intel® ME Setup” will be displayed on the window. At this time, press [Ctrl] and [P] at the same time.
The setting window of “Intel ® ME Configuration”, “Intel ® AMT Configuration” will be displayed. After “Intel® ME Password” is displayed, enter the following password.
After ME BIOS is started, perform password authentication, select “Intel ® ME Configuration”, and perform the following settings. Please do not modify other settings.

Setting Procedure
Select “Intel® ME Configuration”.
Select “Intel® ME Power Control”. In setting items, select the following two items separately and perform settings.

Select “Return to Previous Menu”.
Select “Return to Previous Menu”.
After starting ME BIOS, please execute password authentication and select “Intel ® AMT Configuration” to perform the following settings. Please perform settings according to the sequence of “Provision Model”, “TCP/IP”. Please do not modify other settings.

Setting Procedure
Select “Intel® AMT Configuration”.
In setting items, select “Provision Model”, the following items will be displayed in sequence. Please perform settings in sequence. (After settings have been completed, “Provision Model” will disappear from the list of setting items.)

Note
In the OS and AMT to perform operation management of PC, fixed IP address should be assigned separately. Please do not perform DHCP settings in OS and AMT.
