1.1 Operation Authority

Operation Authority is required when using products in "Systemwalker Desktop Patrol". In this system, operation authorities to be used are shown as follows.

System Account

System Account is the authority of the System Administrator. All menu items of Main Menu and AC menu can be set and viewed.

Note

When the user ID of system account is not Configured, the menu item of Main Menu can only perform environment setup, but cannot operate other items.

Please distribute the user ID/password for system account according to the following conditions.

4~12 digits

Single-byte alphanumeric characters
Single-byte space
Following single-byte symbols
"-", "=", "*", "+", "'", "@", "~", " (",")", "&", "$", "#", """, "!", "?", "%", "\", ".", ",", "/", ":", ";", "`", " [", "]", "|", "<", ">", "{", "_", "}"

English letters are case-sensitive.


Section Management Account

Section Management Account is the authority of section administrators. For the menu items of Main Menu and AC menu, the information of the section and its subordinate sections to which a login user belongs can be set and viewed.

In addition, the Section Management Account cannot perform the following operations.

The user ID/password registered during the construction of Master Data can be added/modified/deleted in [Environment Setup] of the Main Menu. For Master Data, please refer to relevant content in “2.1 Construct Master Data”.

Please allocate authority for user ID/password in [Environment Setup] of the Main Menu.


User Account

It is the authority of users. In menu items of the Main Menu, only information of user that has logged in can be viewed. It is the authority allocated to all user IDs when constructing Master Data.

For Master Data, please refer to relevant content in “2.1 Construct Master Data”.
