This section describes the procedure to follow when a problem occurs.

The procedure for responding to problems is as follows:

  1. Collect appropriate diagnostic data.

    For more details, refer to "C.3 Collecting Diagnostic Data."

  2. Check the circumstances of the failure and troubleshoot:

  3. If you cannot determine the cause of the problem, and you cannot solve the problem by troubleshooting, you can request Fujitsu to investigate.

    In this case, collect appropriate diagnostic data again and send it with the original diagnostic data to Fujitsu.
