This section explains the 659XX message series.

65901

FJSVrcx:ERROR:65901:Backup of current system configuration failed.

[Description]

Writing of backup information failed because a problem such as an I/O error occurred.

[Corrective Action]

Check the following, resolve the problem and execute the command again.

  • The disk that the following folder exists on has 10 MB or more space available

    [Windows]
    Manager_installation_folder\Manager\var\config_backup

    [Linux]
    /var/opt/FJSVrcvmr/config_backup

  • Writing to the above disk is performed correctly

  • Writing and reading authority for the directory above has been set for the user executing the operation

  • All other operations have been completed

If this does not resolve the problem, collect troubleshooting information and contact Fujitsu technical staff.


65904

FJSVrcx:ERROR:65904:Export of current system configuration failed.

[Description]

The export process has failed.

[Corrective Action]

The export process has failed because another operation is being executed. Wait until the process has finished and then perform export again.
If this does not resolve the problem, collect troubleshooting information and contact Fujitsu technical staff.


65908

FJSVrcx:ERROR:65908:The specified system configuration file, "file_name", is invalid.

[Description]

As the system configuration file file_name specified for import is invalid, the process has been stopped.
If the specified file does not exist, 'unknown' may be displayed for file_name.

[Corrective Action]

Check the following, resolve the problem and execute the command again.

  • That the contents and format of the system configuration file are correct

  • The specified file exists

  • That the active user has reading authority for the file specified

  • That the active user has reading authority for the directory specified

  • The file specified can be opened using other software

For the system configuration file, refer to "Appendix D Format of CSV System Configuration Files" of the "ServerView Resource Coordinator VE Setup Guide".


65910

FJSVrcx:ERROR:65910:The value of item, value, is invalid.

[Description]

The process has been stopped because there is a mistake in the format of value for item in the system configuration file or the file contains an invalid character.
One of the following is displayed for item:

  • Type

  • operation

  • Key value for resource definition information

[Corrective Action]

Resolve the problem referring to the details displayed for item, and then perform the operation again.

  • Type

    • When an RCXCSV V2.0 format system configuration file has been imported

      An invalid value has been set for the section name.
      Correct the definition in the system configuration file.

    • When an RCXCSV V1.0 format system configuration file has been imported

      Something other than Chassis, EtherSwitch or ServerBlade has been specified for the type of resource.
      Correct the definition in the system configuration file.

  • operation

    Either a value other than "new", "change" or a hyphen ("-") is specified in the operation column, or the description of the "operation" of the section header is incorrect.
    Correct the definition in the system configuration file.

  • Key value for resource definition information

    Either an invalid value has been specified for the value corresponding to the displayed key value, or the description of the displayed key value of the section header is incorrect.
    Correct the definition in the system configuration file.

For the values that can be specified for item, refer to "D.3 Resource Definitions" of the "ServerView Resource Coordinator VE Setup Guide".


65911

FJSVrcx:ERROR:65911:Specified resource value not found.

[Description]

The process has been stopped as the specified resource name value has not been registered.

[Corrective Action]

Change using an un-registered resource name is not possible.
Specify a resource name that has already been registered and perform the operation again.
When an already registered resource name has been registered, the description of the key value of the section header resource name is incorrect.
Correct the system configuration file, and then perform the operation again.

When registering new resource information using the specified resource name, change the operation to "new".


65914

FJSVrcx:ERROR:65914:Registering type (value) was failed.

[Description]

The process has been stopped as registration of the resource name value could not be performed for the resource type type.

[Corrective Action]

Resource names that have already been registered cannot be used for registration.
Specify a resource name that has not already been registered and perform the operation again.

When changing the resource information of the specified resource name, change the operation to "change".


65921

FJSVrcx:ERROR:65921:The version of file_name is not supported.

[Description]

The process was stopped as the description of the version of file format in the system configuration file is incorrect.

[Corrective Action]

Correct the description of the version of the file format in the system configuration file, and then perform the operation again.
For the system configuration file, refer to "Appendix D Format of CSV System Configuration Files" of the "ServerView Resource Coordinator VE Setup Guide".


65926

FJSVrcx:ERROR:65926:The file extension of file_name is not supported.

[Description]

The import process was stopped as a file with an extension other than ".csv" was specified for import.

[Corrective Action]

Specify a system configuration file with the extension ".csv", and then perform the operation again.


65928

FJSVrcx:ERROR:65928:Invalid data found.

[Description]

The process was stopped as there is a line that cannot be loaded in the correct format from the system configuration file.

[Corrective Action]

The entire line may not be able to be loaded correctly due to a mistake in the use of double quotes ( " ). Check the content of the system configuration file, resolve the problem, and then perform the operation again.
For the characters that can be used, refer to "D.2 File Format" of the "ServerView Resource Coordinator VE Setup Guide".


65929

FJSVrcx:ERROR:65929:obj:operation_type operation not supported for property_type property.

[Description]

The system configuration file does not support operation_type for property_type.

[Corrective Action]

When operation_type is "change", take the following corrective action based on the applicable property_type.

  • "mac_address" or "hbaar_mac_address"

    When changing the admin LAN MAC address used for the admin LAN or the HBA address rename setup service, perform setting of the hardware information again.
    When changing other values, change the MAC address value specified in the system configuration file to one that has already been registered.


65993

65993:Unable to connect to the manager. Please check whether the manager is operating correctly. The manager address is IP_address.

[Description]

The HBA address rename setup service failed to connect to the manager.

[Corrective Action]

Check the following, resolve the problem and execute the command again.

  • When a problem has occurred in the network environment

    Check if there is a problem with the network connection between the HBA address rename setup service and the manager.
    Check if a LAN cable is unplugged, or a problem has occurred in the LAN cable or network devices.

  • When there is a mistake in the entered IP address or port number

    Check that there are no mistakes in the IP address and port number for the manager that were specified for connecting to the manager from the HBA address rename setup service.

  • When the manager has stopped

    Restart the manager.
    For how to check the status of and start the service on the manager, refer to "5.1 Manager" of the "ServerView Resource Coordinator VE Setup Guide".

If this does not resolve the problem, collect troubleshooting information and contact Fujitsu technical staff.
