1.1 Message Explanation Format

Each message consists of a message ID and message text. Each message is explained according to the items listed below.

Table 1.1 Message explanation format

Item	Description
Message text	Shows how the message is displayed.
Explanation	Explains the reason why the message is displayed, or the conditions under which the message is displayed.
Parameters	Explains the meanings of parameters if included in the message.
System action	Explains what action the system takes when the message is displayed.
System administrator response	Indicates how the system administrator should respond to the message.
