stgdbunset - deletes the database
SYNOPSIS
/opt/swstorage/bin/stgdbunset
DESCRIPTION
This command starts database integrated unsetup, deletes databases and database environments, and cancels repository settings.
It is necessary to execute this command in the Storage Management Server.
EXIT STATUS
=0:Completed successfully
>0:Terminated abnormally
EXAMPLES
Refer to "Cancel of repository configurations" of the "ETERNUS SF AdvancedCopy Manager Installation Guide".
NOTES
This command can be executed only by root users.
If the Storage Management server operates in a cluster configuration, deleting a Storage Management sever task also cancels the repository setting. Therefore, this operation is not required.
Execute this command under the locale specified at the time of introducing the Storage Management Server. If Symfoware is introduced in advance, execute the command under the locale specified at the time of introducing Symfoware.
Database integrated unsetup uses Symfoware functions. If other software performs Symfoware's monitoring, database integrated unsetup might fail. Therefore, stop Symfoware monitoring before starting database integrated unsetup.
