This section describes a diagnostic tool used when any trouble is suspected in an Express Manager environment, for example, that the Express Web GUI does not work properly.
The following is the procedure to use the diagnostic tool.
Login to Express Manager with administrator privileges.
Execute the "D.5 express_diag(Diagnosis of Express Manager environment)" command from the command prompt.
