This section explains messages output by the Systemwalker Service Quality Coordinator when using the Systemwalker Authentication Repository and Single Sign-On functions.

Message explanation
Access was made to the Systemwalker Service Quality Coordinator window where Systemwalker Single Sign-On function is enabled and the Systemwalker Single Sign-On function is not installed.
Action
Refer to "2.2.1 Installation of the Systemwalker Single Sign-On Function" to install the Systemwalker Single Sign-On function.
Message explanation
The Systemwalker Service Quality Coordinator window has been accessed under one of the following conditions:
Systemwalker Single Sign-On Aent settings have not been made correctly.
The user does not have management console user privileges.
The user that initiated a direct call is not registered as a console user, or,
when a console is called from Systemwalker Centric Manager, the user logged into Systemwalker Centric Manager is not registered as a console user.
