3.5 Operation when the Systemwalker Authentication Repository is Stopped

Operation using the Systemwalker User Management function and Systemwalker Single Sign-On function will not be possible if the Systemwalker Authentication Repository becomes unusable for some reason.

If this occurs, perform the following steps to disable the settings of the connection destination repository and the Systemwalker Single Sign-On function of this product.

  1. Disabling the Systemwalker Authentication Repository settings
    Refer to Section 4.6, "What to Do If the Systemwalker Authentication Repository Has Stopped" in the Systemwalker User's Guide - Systemwalker User Management and Single Sign-On to disable the settings of the Systemwalker Authentication Repository.

  2. Disabling Systemwalker Single Sign-On Functions
    Disable the Systemwalker Service Quality Coordinator Systemwalker Single Sign-On function.
    Refer to "5.1.1 sqcSetSSOID (Systemwalker Single Sign-On Function Setting Command)" for information on the Systemwalker Single Sign-On function settings.
