Description
Even if snapshot collection fails due to problems other than those involving VM management software, such as the manager stopping, collected snapshots may exist on VM management software.
Corrective Action
Start the manager, make sure that the collection of snapshots has been completed, and use the following procedure for restoration:
Display the VM management console and check if there are multiple snapshots whose L-Server_host_name and generation are the same among the snapshots whose name is RCX_L-Server_host_name@Generation.
If there were multiple snapshots in 1., delete snapshots other than latest ones from the VM management console.
