H.5 SNMP trap reception program

SNMP trap reception program have been chanced.

ETERNUS SF Express Manager	14.1	Use SystemWalker MpWksttr as SNMP trap reception service. When coexisting with ServerView AlarmService, mpmsts ON command execution is necessary. When coexisting Systemwalker Centric Manager, No settings are necessary.
	14.2	Use OS standard SNMP Trap Service as SNMP trap reception service. When coexisting with ServerView AlarmService, mpmsts ON command execution is not necessary. When coexisting with Systemwalker Centric Manager, Systemwalker Centric Manager needs settings for coexisting with AlarmService.
