E.2 Messages output at installation or uninstallation

This appendix explains the messages output at installation or uninstallation.

Point

Messages are displayed in Japanese when you select Japanese in language selection dialog of installer and the server can display Japanese.
In other cases, messages are displayed in English.

esfinst00401

This program requires administrator privileges. Install again via a user with administrator privileges.

Description

An user who doesn't belong to Administrators group executed installation.

System action

Interrupts the processing.

Administrator response

Login with user in Administrators group and install again.

Contact a Fujitsu system engineer if the trouble is still not solved.

Internal error (internal component installation) - Error Code:{0}

Description

Essential component installation failed.

Parameters

{0} : error code

System action

Interrupts the processing.

Administrator response

Uninstall essential component and install again.
Contact a Fujitsu system engineer to notify of the error code if the trouble is still not solved.

Description

Configuration of definition file failed.

Parameters

  • Change the alias name which is the same name as the service name of this product.

  • Remove the alias of this product.

Directory name should be alphanumeric and the lengths should be more than 4 characters and less than 81 characters.

Description

Disk capacity is insufficient.
