vscefieldsetnow - Sets up the VSC Manager for connection
SYNOPSIS
vscefieldsetnow
DESCRIPTION
This command changes or dynamically adds a VSC Manager for connection while the VSC Engine is running during the operation.
This command can be executed while the VSC Engine is running.
This command must be executed by a user with administrator privileges.
OPTIONS
None.
