To stop a backup operation, stop any daemons running on the Storage Server. Normally, they are automatically stopped when the system stops.
You can stop a specific daemon if you need to do so for some reason. For more information, see Chapter 2 Starting and Stopping Daemons.
Note
When all daemons have stopped, all functions of AdvancedCopy Manager running on the Storage Server will stop.
Stop daemons on a Storage Management Server only after ensuring that all the Storage Servers that it manages have also been stopped.
