Appendix C JRE Use Conditions

Before using this software product, you must agree to the following conditions regarding the handling of the JRE packaged together with this software product.

If you do not agree to these conditions, you cannot use this software product.

1. Observe the JRE use conditions described in the license text file.

   The license text file is stored in the following directory:

   • Windows Platform

     <Program Directory of AdvancedCopy Manager>\jre\LICENSE

   • Solaris/Linux Platform

     /opt/FJSVswstf/jre/LICENSE

2. The JRE packaged together with AdvancedCopy Manager cannot be used for purposes other than AdvancedCopy Manager operation.

3. Fujitsu shall not be liable for loss or damage caused by using JRE under conditions other than (1) and (2) above.
