Set up the Storage Server, using the following procedure:
Start the service.
Start the AdvancedCopy Manager service mentioned below.
Refer to "Starting and Stopping a Service" in the "ETERNUS SF AdvancedCopy Manager Operator's Guide (Windows)" about the contents of the following services:
AdvancedCopy Manager COM Service
Note
In any of the following cases, refer to "Running the Software in an Environment Where the Windows Firewall Is Enabled" and configure the settings for the Windows firewall function.
