When backup is started, the daemon required for AdvancedCopy Manager Tape Backup must be running on the Storage Management Server, Tape Server, and Storage Server. Normally, these daemons are automatically started when the system is started. If the startup of a daemon fails for some reason, or if a daemon has been stopped, you need to start the daemon on each server.
