10.4.3 Deletion of a Tape Library System Configuration

The procedure for deleting the tape library device configurations from TSM is as follows:

1. Delete the drive path. (delete path)

2. Delete the configuration of the drive. (delete drive)

3. Delete the configuration of the tape library path. (delete path)

4. Delete the configuration of the tape library (controller) system. (delete library)

Note

Before deleting the configuration of the tape library system, execute dsmadmc (TSM administrative client command).
