Execute the database backup to save all stored repository data to the specified directory as blocks of data.
For Windows
Use "DB backup" under DB setup to backup the data.
For Solaris/Linux
Use the stgdbbackup command to backup the data.
For details on how to execute the command, refer to "Database backup" in the appropriate version of the "ETERNUS SF AdvancedCopy Manager Operator's Guide". Note that it is not an execution procedure of "Making a package backup of databases".
Note
After backing up the repository database information, confirm that the "unl" file (with a file extension of .unl) has been created.
