2.3.8 userApplication Operation Check

Start userApplication by executing the hvcm command then check if it is properly running on all the nodes.

1. Check if you can access to the shared disk from the operating node. Also, check if a file can be created on the shared disk using Oracle user access privileges.
2. Check if you can access the operating node from the client using the logical IP address.
3. Check if you can access to Oracle running on the operating node from the client using the logical IP adders.
