This section explains the commands for collecting troubleshooting information on agent.
NAME
agentsnap - Collects the troubleshooting information of Agent
SYNOPSIS
/opt/FJSVssage/sys/agentsnap [-dir dir] [-all]DESCRIPTION
Collect information on the agent. Only OS administrator (root) user can execute this command.
Collect information on agent when a problem occurs.
Submit the information to Fujitsu technical staff.
OPTIONS
The troubleshooting information will be stored on /tmp directory.
Specify the directory where troubleshooting information is to be stored.
Collects all troubleshooting information on servers. Data includes lots of information, which will increase the size of the data. This option is not necessary for initial investigation.
