機能説明

　Any型オブジェクトから格納されている値を取り出します。

復帰値

　正常終了した場合は、Any型オブジェクトから取り出した値（またはオブジェクト）が返されます。
　異常終了した場合は、以下の例外が発生します。

　org.omg.CORBA.BAD_OPERATION

　Any型オブジェクトに設定されている値のIDLデータ型とメソッドのIDLデータ型が一致していません。Any型オブジェクトに値が設定されていません。

　org.omg.CORBA.SystemException
