4.2.4 Products that cannot coexist

When installing Systemwalker Desktop Patrol CS, the following products cannot coexist.

• Systemwalker Centric Manager V12.0 or earlier (Note 1)
• Systemwalker Centric Manager V13.0/V13.1 (Note 2)
• Symfoware Server Enterprise Edition V5.0 or earlier
• SymfoWARE Programmer's Kit full version

Note 1) The conditions that allow coexistence are as follows.

• Coexistence is allowed when "Help Desk Client (ODBC)" is not installed in the section server or business server of Systemwalker Centric Manager V12.0 or earlier.
• Neither "Help Desk Client (ODBC)" nor "Help Desk Database" is installed in Help Desk Server of Systemwalker Centric Manager V12.0 or earlier.

  Confirm the installation information of Systemwalker Centric Manager with "Product Information Display Command".

Note 2) The conditions that allow coexistence are as follows.

• Coexistence is allowed in the installation environment other than the Operation Management Server of Systemwalker Centric Manager V13.0.0/V13.1.0.
