s*: Full pathname of the director environment file
d*: Error number for the Windows function
t*: Director identifier

Stops processing this command.

Use the error number for the Windows function to determine the cause of the error, eliminate the cause of the problem and rerun the command..
The meaning of each error number for the Windows function is as follows:

Number  Meaning
2       ENOENT
        The file or directory (for the director environment file) does not 
        exist.
13      EACCES
        Either the application does not have access permissions to the director 
        environment file, or it is being used by another process.
24      EMFILE
        Too many files have been opened by the process.
