The meaning of each error number for the Windows function is as follows:
Number Meaning 2 ENOENT The file or directory (for the director environment file) does not exist. 13 EACCES Either the application does not have access permissions to the director environment file, or it is being used by another process. 24 EMFILE Too many files have been opened by the process.
