Continues to operate the update function without taking logs.

Use the error number to determine the cause of the error, eliminate the cause of the problem and restart the system.
The meaning of each error number is as follows:

Number  Meaning
2       ENOENT
        The file or directory (for the update function log file) does not exist.
13      EACCES
        The update function log file is being used by another process or the 
        application does not have the necessary access permissions.
24      EMFILE
        Too many files have been opened by the process.
