AlternativeSearcher cannot be changed. Searcher = s*; Host = t*; Port number = d* [u*]
[Description]The "AlternativeSearcher" parameter cannot be changed.
[Parameters]
s*: Identifier for the searcher to be changed
t*: Host name or IP address for the searcher reallocation destination
d*: Port number before the change
u*: Director identifier
Stops processing this command.

The Shunsaku system must be stopped in order to change the "AlternativeSearcher" parameter.
Return the parameter to its original state and stop the Shunsaku system before changing the parameter
