[Description]The "Sorter" parameter cannot be changed.

s*: Identifier for the sorter to be changed
t*: Value specified before the change
u*: Conductor identifier
Stops processing this command.
[User response]
The Shunsaku system must be stopped in order to change the "Sorter" parameter.
Return the parameter to its original state and stop the Shunsaku system before changing the parameter.
