Conductor has been active, or is being activated/halted. [s*]
[Description]
A command that should run when the conductor is inactive could not be executed for one of the following reasons:
- The conductor is active.
- The conductor is currently either initializing or terminating.
s*: Conductor identifier
[System action]Stops processing.
[User response]Check the status of the conductor and rerun the command if needed.
