Sorter is running, or is being activated/halted. (s*) [t*]
[Description]
The sorter cannot start for one of the following reasons:
- The sorter is already active.
- The sorter is currently being started or stopped.
s*: Process name
t*: Sorter identifier
Stops the startup process.
[User response]Check the status of the sorter and rerun the command if needed.
