[Description]
The searcher cannot start for one of the following reasons:
- The searcher is already active.
- The searcher is currently either initializing or terminating.
s*: Process name
t*: Searcher identifier
Stops processing.
[User response]Check the status of the searcher and rerun the command if needed.
