An error has occurred with communications processing.

s*: Process category (start/search/entry)
t*: The host name or IP address allocated to the searcher
d*: The port number for receiving requests from directors
u*: Process name
v*: Director identifier

[System action]

Performs degradation processing if the process category is "start." Performs recovery processing if the process category is "search." Stops processing and starts recovery processing if the process category is "entry."
