2.2.1 Application Server Information

The application server information is shown as follows.

For Application Using Java API

One of the following is required: (*1)

• If the basic software is Solaris(TM) 10 Operating System
  • Java2 Runtime Environment 1.4.2_07 or later
• If the basic software is Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS (v.4 for x86) or Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES (v.4 for x86)
  • Java2 Runtime Environment 1.4.2_08 or later
• If the basic software is other than the above product
  • Java2 Runtime Environment 1.3 or later

*1) Shunsaku cannot be operated with the 64-bit JDK or JRE.

Use one of the following software when the Interstage Application Server is used in the application server.

• Interstage Application Server Plus V7.0
• Interstage Application Server Enterprise Edition V7.0
• Interstage Application Server Standard-J Edition 8.0
• Interstage Application Server Enterprise Edition 8.0

• Interstage Application Server Plus V7.0
• Interstage Application Server Enterprise Edition V7.0
• Interstage Application Server Standard-J Edition 8.0
• Interstage Application Server Enterprise Edition 8.0

• Interstage Application Server Plus 7.0
• Interstage Application Server Enterprise Edition 7.0

For Application Using .NET API

The following software products are required.

• Microsoft(R) .NET Framework Version 1.1 Redistributable Package
• Microsoft(R) .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package

If the operating system where Shunsaku is used is Windows Server 2003, Microsoft(R) .NET Framework 1.1 is installed as a default. If the operating system where Shunsaku is used is Windows 2000, confirm whether the Microsoft(R) .NET Framework 1.1 is installed by clicking Start on Windows desktop, selecting Control Panel, and then double-clicking the Adding or Remove Programs icon. When the window appears, scroll through the list of applications. If Microsoft(R) .NET Framework 1.1 is listed, the Microsoft(R) .NET Framework 1.1 is installed and no need to install it again.
