The device used as a management partition of a GFS Shared File System needs to fulfill the following conditions.
logical volume and a status should be "ACTIVE." (Check with a sdxinfo(1))

GDS logical volume used as management partition should set up as follows.
of the disk class to which logical volume belongs.
