The clients of Web-Based Admin View support the following type of hardware, OS, and Web browser:
Equivalent to Pentium II 233 MHz or higher
128 MB or more
Windows(R) 2000 or Windows(R) XP
To display Japanese, the following requirements need to be met for an OS environment
The Japanese version of Windows(R) is installed, and Japanese is installed for the linguistic environment
Netscape 7.X, Internet Explorer 5.0 or 6.0 (Java Plug-in is required)
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment Standard Edition v1.3.1
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment Standard Edition v1.4.2(Recommended)
800 x 600 dots or higher, supports high color (16 bits, 65,536 colors) display
128 MB or more (256 MB or more is recommended when many browsers start or many operation management views start.)
Netscape Communicator 4.78, Netscape 7.X, Mozilla Web browser(Mozilla environment bundled in Solaris OS)
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment Standard Edition Version 1.3.1
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment Standard Edition Version 1.4.2(Recommended)
When the applicable patch is missing, the following error message might appear:
For details on the supported OS and Web browser, refer to the operation guide for each hardware and the documentation for each operation management product.
System Management Console attached to PRIMEPOWER800/1000/2000 and GP7000F Model 1000/2000 is also available for a client.
To display Japanese, the following requirements need to be met for an OS environment
Solaris OS cannot be used as a client when OS of the management server or the monitoring node is Linux(R).

Netscape 7.X
Firefox Web browser(Firefox environment bundled in RHEL-AS4).
